We are moving toward using Club Contact for the majority of payments including Term fees, Club kit, Event fees etc. 

A Club Contact account is opened for all members when they accept a place in a class at Alton Gymnastics Club, and an email notifying you of your account details is sent automatically when we do this.  To log in you will use your email address and a password.

Items are put on your account mannually as they become due.  An email is sent when we add an item to your account with a quick one-time link in it to pay for the item.  However you can also log in any time, using your log-in details, and view / pay any items outstanding.

The Club Contact system we use is being upgraded in the Summer 2017 and should be more user friendly as a result.

British Gymnastics Membership should be paid direct to British Gymnastics when you register the gymnast with them (from October 2017).

Squad and Development fees are payable monthly by Standing Order using the appropriate reference.

Badges and certificates are still paid for in cash.

Tickets or spectator entry to events are paid for in cash.

Non-members paying for holiday or visiting fees should pay in cash or by BACS (please ask for details if you wish to pay by BACS)

Information Processing & your Club Contact account:  On your Club Contact account we store only the details needed to contact you as well as all payments made or due.  This includes your email address and, if you add them, your contact telephone numbers as well.  When you leave the club, your Club Contact account will be deleted and we will no longer store this information.  If you still get emails from Alton Gymnastics Club after you have left the club, please let us know so that we can ensure your account has been deleted.
